Accessibility Services
Services for individuals with accessibility needs will be available to enable access to all scheduled programming. Participants are asked to submit requests for accommodations with their registration by March 27, 2009.
Requests that are not already identified on the Registration Form should be directed to AOTA at accessibilityservices@aota.org or by calling 800-SAY-AOTA, ext. 2051 (members); 301-652-6611, ext. 2051 (nonmembers/local); or 800-377-8555 (TDD).
In Houston, please contact Accessibility Services in the Registration Area of the George R. Brown Convention Center for assistance and information. Requests for accessible sleeping accommodations should be directed to the AOTA/Houston Housing Bureau at 888-508-5731. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CST. Accessible sleeping rooms cannot be reserved online.
