Special E-Meeting of the Representative Assembly
The Representative Assembly will be meeting on OT Connections for a Special E-Meeting September 29 through October 9, to deliberate a motion to "consolidate the two current student membership classes 'Standard Student' and 'Student Plus' to a single student membership class titled 'Student Member' including all the rights and benefits now accorded 'Student Plus' membership, with annual dues to be set at $75, beginning January 1, 2010."
The motion, from the AOTA Board of Directors, was precipitated by the roll out of new benefits in the interest of all members. Note that the proposed fee is that set for current "Student Plus" members.
