AOTA Comments on CY 2013 Home Health PPS Proposed Rule
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS’) CY 2013 Home Health Prospective Payment System (PPS) proposed rule includes a G code description correction requested by AOTA as well as revisions relating to therapy reassessment visits. To review all of the revisions in the proposed rule, see the link below. AOTA submitted comments to CMS on the proposed rule on September 4, 2012. CMS plans to issue a final rule in early November 2012. The final rule will be effective January 1, 2013. Please e-mail your thoughts and questions to rrpd@aota.org.
