Post Acute Care Bundling
Bundling payment for services that patients receive is another tool of the ACA to encourage providers to improve care coordination and outcomes while saving money. The Bundled Payments Initiative, launched August 23, 2011, invites providers help test and develop four different models of bundling payments.
