2024 state legislative forecast

The 2024 state legislative sessions are already upon us, and state occupational therapy (OT) associations, with support from the AOTA State Affairs Group, are busy advocating on behalf of the OT profession in state capitals across the country. Many legislative bills that carried over from 2023 legislative sessions are still being considered, and new legislation has already been introduced in the early months of 2024.
