Your AOTA Membership

You are the future of occupational therapy. Protecting the profession, sharing your expertise, and sustaining your practice begins with AOTA membership. AOTA is your professional partner throughout your studies and career.

Student resources

There are a host of resources out there, but what makes ours the best? Evidence-based practice guidance, advocacy on your behalf, and contributions that members like YOU make to the community are what enable AOTA to support students in key ways.

Student Groups

AOTA recognizes that each Student Occupational Therapy Association (SOTA) is unique to each institution and, thus, does not manage individual requirements to recognize SOTAs.

We do offer tools and resources to help you connect with other advisors, share best practices, and learn more about the student opportunities available today.

SOTA Advisors, please introduce yourself via our SOTA advisor form! Soon after you complete the form, a member of our Membership Team staff will contact you with additional resources to support your advising.
