AOTA Annual Business Meeting

This date has been chosen to coincide with several key events:

• Arrival of Katie Jordan, AOTA’s New Executive Director: Join us in welcoming Katie, who will share her vision for our Association's future.
• Bylaws Voting Kickoff: The vote on proposed Bylaws amendments will open on August 14 and will continue through September 4.
• Financial Overview: With the FY24 budget cycle completed, we will present a detailed financial report.

Be advised that the record date is set in Art. IV, § 2.C of the bylaws: “The record date for determining members entitled to notice of and to vote at an annual meeting shall be 30 days prior to the meeting or action requiring a determination by the members.” Per the AOTA Bylaws, one must be an AOTA member as of July 14, 2024 (30 days prior to the start of the Bylaws vote) to be eligible to vote in the 2024 AOTA Proposed Bylaws vote starting on August 14, 2024.
