This session will review the Vocational Fit Assessment, a valid and reliable NIH-funded assessment and job-matching tool for young adults with IDD.

VocFit.com uses data visualization to identify a job seeker's strengths, needs, and required supports and has been used by education and employment professionals to assess and match thousands of individuals with potential jobs.

This session will be facilitated by the programs developers, Dennis Cleary, OTD, OTR/L and Andrew Persch, Ph.D., OTR/L, BCP, FAOTA.
