Leslie JonesLeslie Jones

Leslie Jones is the Director, Meetings and Events at AOTA and oversees the event strategy for the organization. She has more than 20 years’ experience working with associations including leading operations, certification, education, and conference programming. Leslie has worked for AOTA for more than 15 years including time with the accreditation and marketing and communication teams. She graduated from the University of Maryland at College Park with a degree in Journalism.

Paula McNamaraPaula McNamara

Paula McNamara, OTD, MS, OTR/L has been practicing in schools and community mental health for almost two decades. McNamara has served on the Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy Association Board for the last 10 years. She earned her master’s degree from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill Division of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy and her post-professional Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Chatham University.

As a transplant to Philadelphia (having lived in NC and CA), McNamara is excited to welcome practitioners and students to AOTA in Philadelphia and all that the city has to offer!
