Ayres Sensory Integration interventions

Interventions following the Ayres Sensory Integration® (ASI) fidelity principles (Parham et al., 2011) are designed to assist children with integrating sensory information from their bodies and the environment. ASI® interventions are provided by occupational therapy practitioners after an evaluation is completed to determine the client’s specific needs, and are individually tailored, are play based, and incorporate clinical equipment.
