Major Changes to Medicaid Include in House Bill to Replace the Affordable Care Act

Heather Parsons This week the House of Representatives is scheduled to vote on the American Health Care Act (AHCA), a bill to replace the "Affordable Care Act". After the bill passed out of three committees last week, the House also released updates to the bill, called a "managers amendment" that are designed to persuade members into voting for it.
