Maureen Silva, MS, OTR/L School-based OT is a rewarding and dynamic practice setting. Students are lively and each is so different. On top of that, each school and district has its own character and way of doing things. But these differences may also mean that some fieldwork students and new practitioners find themselves scrambling to get into the OT groove. Here are a few pointers to get you started on the right
