Small Pins with a Big Impact: My Experience Advocating as a Student

To me, at its core, leadership is not something you're born with or something you learn in a classroom. It's a personal decision every person can make for themselves, an opportunity within reach for anyone who is willing to serve. Leadership, or rather service, is something one can grow into through finding their voice, and even more so through their actions.
