Skilled nursing facility IADL training: Cost effective solutions

Occupational therapists are increasingly encouraged to do more with less. As the Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM) began in October 2019, this pressure intensified. PDPM has reinforced attention on evidence-based practice in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). It has demanded greater productivity, while also reducing funding for equipment and supplies in clinics.
